Low-Cost Internet Program

Franklin T9 Mobile Hotspot

InterConnection has partnered with Mobile Citizen to provide the Low-Cost Internet Program on our ConnectAll.org online store, which is available to individuals that satisfy the program’s eligibility requirements. Nonprofit organizations must contact Mobile Citizen directly to participate in this program.

The cost of a new internet package is $110.95; a one-time payment of $99.00 for the hotspot device (+$9.90 tax, if applicable), and $11.95 for the first month of internet service. The payment card will be automatically charged $11.95 for the service cost each month.

The internet program is only available through ConnectAll.org and payments must be made by credit card; we are not able to accept cash payments for hotspot or service costs. Due to COVID-19, we are not currently offering an in-store pickup option – all orders will be shipped to the customer.

Hotspot packages are covered by a 6-month warranty. After the 10-business-day return-for-refund window has passed, a defective hotspot can be returned for a replacement through Mobile Citizen.

After purchasing a new internet package, we strongly suggest testing the hotspot at home (or the main location it will be used) as soon as possible to ensure that:

The location receives a strong, steady signal.

• There are no problems with the device or connection.
