For
obscure community organizations in developing nations, a website provides a
communications miracle — a conduit to global awareness, volunteers and
resources. Unfortunately, this is a miracle available only to those with money
and Internet expertise.
For
those with neither, there’s InterConnection.
InterConnection is a
non-profit organization whose mission is to provide no-cost and low-cost
professional, affordable websites and Internet technology assistance to
non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in developing countries.
