• You must either work for a program located in a developing country, or represent a program located in a developing country. We do not serve organizations based in developed (First World) countries, even if they serve developing countries.

The mission of the program must include some of the following components:

• Provides economic or social benefits to the community
• Promotes natural resource preservation or human rights
• Initiated by the community
• Built, operated and maintained by locals
• Majority of profits go back to community
• Project is sensitive to the environment and culture
