TECHNOLOGY WHERE IT’S NEEDED MOST

Applications will continue to be closed until further notice

InterConnection reviews nonprofit grant applications 3 times a year. Please read the information below to make sure your organization is eligible.

DESCRIPTION

Computer grants are awarded to organizations that deliver necessary and valuable services to underserved communities like technology training, health care, education, and job training, but need upgraded computers to better manage their organization and improve their capacity to deliver those valuable services.

InterConnection awards laptops and desktops pre-installed with Windows 10 and will have the following minimum specifications: Core i5 processor / 8 GB RAM / 128 GB SSD. InterConnection cannot guarantee we will be able to meet these requests, however, as what we are able to provide will depend on what we have in inventory at the time. You may request up to 5 computers in total. Grant recipients are responsible for the shipping & handling costs.

EVALUATION CRITERIA

The grant committee will base their decision on the following 4 main evaluation criteria:

40% – Impact and reach

25% – Ability to Execute, Financial Capacity and Plan for Sustainability

20% – Technological capacity of the grantee

15% – Organizational Need

Incomplete applications will not be taken into consideration.

“We owe the initial momentum for our program to the InterConnection grant.”
