Who Are We?

LOT FOUNDATION - WHAT IS IT?

Leaders of Tomorrow Foundation is a pragmatic initiative dedicated to address the ever-increasing challenges and problems that face this generation of young people, especially the poor and disadvantaged.

LOT Foundation originated in 1994 in Ghana, Africa as a non-political and non-sectarian organization. It is committed to promote and provide good quality and relevant leadership for all sectors of society in the global south, particularly in Africa.

LOT Foundation works in the developed countries of the global North to develop and mobilize resources and technology for Africa's development.

Currently, LOT Foundation has projects in Ghana and the United Kingdom.

VISION

In the next five years, Leaders of Tomorrow Foundation hopes to be transformed into a model African organisation, professionally equipped, advocating and working actively to mobilise and develop the resourses necessary for Africa's development as well as promote it's cause globally.

MISSION

Leaders of Tomorrow Foundation seeks to imbibe in young people a sense of vision, direction, and purpose. To prepare young Africans to become relevant leaders of the future suitably equipped to face the numerous challenges that Africa faces and who will form the core of a new generation of Africa.
