Annual Meeting

The general assembly meets once per year, in an ordinary session at the ICF Head quarter, at the
invitation of the chairman of the board. Invitations are made in the strict respect of article 8 of ICF
statute

Achievements up to date

• Supply of children medical lenses to KOUOPTAMO health centre, with the support of an NGO called Cap Humanitaire based in Nantes-France(year 2000).
• Supply of medical drugs to KOUOPTAMO health centre (1997, 1999, 2000) valued at 34.000 US $
• Support for designing the building plan of a mother and child care units to be contracted at KOUOPTAMO health Centre (West Province); money paid to the architect was 1145$.
• Research for a partner to build the mother & child care unit at KOUOPTAMO health centre: the construction is about to start by December 2001 and shall cost 65 334 US$, sponsored by CAP Humanitaire.
• Support for the training of 35 out of school adolescents in Bamenda for motor mechanics (1997) cost 1667 US$.
• Health education in 03 colleges of the North West province (1998, 1999, 2000)
• Environmental education in 02 colleges of the North West Province (1999, 2000); total cost: 2400 US$.
• Gardening training in 02 colleges of the North West province(Government Teachers training College; Full Gospel secondary school Bamenda).
• Initiation and animation of an Academic Resource centre at Bambili North West province (total volume of books up to date: 800 books.
• Designing of a project titled: community youth centre for computer & Internet education (CYCCIE) to be based in Bambili.
• Bee farming training for 24 youths based in KOUOPTAMO (year 2000); cost of the project 4476,8 US$.
• Support for designing the building plan of a Needy children centre (NECC), to be build at the suburb of
  Bamenda (scan raw plan here)
• Support for designing the building plan of an Academic Resource Centre (AREC) to be build in Bambili
  North West province of Cameroon (scan raw plan and final outlook here)
• Initiation and animation of a holiday camp in 1999 for children of 11-15 years, with 04 main activities:
  ballet dance, drawing/painting, sports and tourism.
