SPECIAL SERVICES FOR BUSINESS DONORS

Our business donor relationships are incredibly rewarding because they are so mutually beneficial. We offer businesses a way to safely get rid of unwanted computer equipment while giving back to the local and global community. We benefit by being able to provide low-cost computers to communities and individuals in need.

Here's what we offer business donors:

Charitable Reuse.
Businesses can properly dispose of surplus computer equipment while helping change someone’s life. Giving functional computers to recyclers is really shortsighted considering the many benefits of reuse.
Free Business Pick ups.
If your business has 3 or more working and complete Pentium IV desktops or 1 working Pentium III or above laptop we will pick them up for free. Businesses must be within King County. We also pick up non-working and old equipment. Rates are $35 and up. More >
Free Recycling.
Businesses with over 50 employees are excluded from Washington State's free electronics recycling program (E-Cycle). However, we accept computers from any size business for free and only charge for old or dead monitors. For businesses with fewer than 50 employees, all monitors are free.
Free Data Wiping.
We securely wipe all computer hard drives for free using a custom software program that ensures no data can be retrieved.
Certified Data Destruction.
We use Blancco software program that creates a detailed report of every erasure performed and ensures compliance with FISMA, HIPAA, SOX, FACT ACT and GLBA. More >
On-Site Data Destruction.
100% secure. Hard drives are placed inside a specialized machine and a conical punch inside the unit delivers a staggering 12,000 pounds of hydraulic force, destroying its internal platter. The unit is transportable and drives can be removed and destroyed onsite, ensuring no data leaves the premises. More >
Tax write-off.
As a certified 501c3 nonprofit organization, we provide receipts for tax-deduction purposes.
Asset Remarketing.
Through our partnership with 3R Technology, we are able to offer an entire suite of asset management and remarketing services. Recover value before it's gone from your surplus technology – network equipment, servers, and telecomm - and support our mission at the same time!

Environmental Protection
