What laptops will you accept?

All laptops are accepted, working or not. However, we only cover mailing costs for functional laptops that are less than seven years old.

Tax Write-Off Receipts

InterConnection is a nonprofit organization registered in the United States with 501c3 status. If you are in the US, you will receive a tax deduction receipt for your donation.

Live outside of the U.S?

We suggest donating to your local Microsoft Authorized Refurbisher.

Got lots of computers?

We pick-up laptops and desktops from businesses anywhere in the U.S.  Click for details.

We have a strict refurbishment policy. We back it with a $1,000,000 guarantee. With either option, you can rest easy knowing all your personal data will be destroyed.

Live in Seattle area? Drop off your laptop or call for a free pick up if you have many to donate.

Option #1: You Clean It

Receive the Laptop Donation Kit for FREE. The kit includes a data destruction CD to clean your laptop and a pre-paid shipping label so you can ship us your laptop at no cost.

Option #2: We Clean It

Fill out an online form to get a FREE pre-paid shipping label. We email you the label and you send us your laptop free. Then we wipe all of your personal information for you.
